Bal Bhavan Public School had the privilege of hosting an insightful Teachers' Training Workshop under 'SAMARTH' – ATL SARTHI EDC 2, organized by ATAL Innovation Mission in collaboration with Arduino Corporation. The session featured engaging discussions led by Ms. Rubi Prasad (Arduino), Ms. Vineeta Yadav, and Mr. Shubham Gupta (NITI Aayog), who shared their expertise on integrating technology into classrooms. Empowering Young Innovators: ATL Sarthi Program on Intellectual Property Rights:-

Bal Bhavan Public School proudly hosted the ATL Sarthi Program on Intellectual Property Rights & Patenting, a transformative initiative designed to foster creativity and intellectual ownership among young innovators.

The session was graced by Mr. Gauri Dutt Sharma and Ms. Viji Sridhar, RMOCs from AIM, NITI Aayog, who shared invaluable insights on innovation, patenting, and intellectual property. Their guidance inspired students to protect their ideas and contribute meaningfully to the world of technology and entrepreneurship.

Grade 6 Students Transform Waste into Innovation

Creativity was in full swing during the ATL class as our Grade 6 students explored science through innovation. They learned to create a DIY lamp using waste materials and a simple electric circuit, showcasing their ingenuity and problem-solving skills.

Bringing Innovation to Life: Grade 8 Explores STEM with Mechatron Kit

An exciting day of hands-on learning as our Grade 8 students explored engineering, coding, and problem-solving with the STEMROBO Mechatron Kit. From concept to creation, they successfully built their own remote control cars, experiencing the thrill of innovation and design firsthand.

Young Innovators in Action: Exploring Mechatronics in the ATL Lab

Our 6th graders are diving into the world of mechatronics with the Mechatron Kit, transforming their ideas into reality by building windmills, cars, and more. This hands-on experience in the ATL lab is nurturing their creativity, problem-solving skills, and engineering mindset.The journey of innovation begins here, and we are excited to see these young minds shape the future with their imagination and ingenuity.

Exploring Innovation: ATL Session with Mr. Prafull from Enpower

Students from Grades 6 to 9 had an exciting and hands-on learning experience during an inspiring ATL session led by Mr. Prafull from Enpower. They explored the components of the ATL lab, learned to build electric circuits, and even created an automatic traffic light system.The session sparked curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, turning the classroom into a hub of innovation. We are proud of our young engineers for their enthusiasm and teamwork in bringing ideas to life!

Unifying Innovation: Where Technology Meets Community

On National Technology Day, Bal Bhavan Public School hosted the ATL Interschool Tinker Fest – Intelovation 3.0 on May 10, 2024, bringing together young minds from 25 schools to celebrate collaboration and technological creativity.

In the esteemed presence of School Director Shri B.B. Gupta, Headmistress Mrs. Kavita Mehrotra, and distinguished judges, students showcased their innovative ideas through various competitions. The event concluded with a dynamic closing ceremony, recognizing winners and highlighting the transformative impact of technology in shaping the future.This celebration of ingenuity continues to inspire the next generation of innovators and reinforce the power of technology-driven learning.

ATAL COMMUNITY SHOWCASE DAY: A Cosmic Adventure in the Classroom

Students from Grades 2 to 5 explored the wonders of space by crafting their own 3D satellites using simple materials like matchsticks, foil paper, and small boxes. Through creativity and hands-on learning, they transformed everyday objects into models of space technology.

Golden Day for Bal Bhavanites

We made a special mark at YouthIdeathon 2023 hosted by ThinkStartup in collaboration with CBSE and MEPSC. Our team comprising of three members - Aarush Mishra, Nikhil Choubey and Piyush Parida made it to top 10 and got a grant of Rs 1 Lakh for their extraordinary project Myobionics - Sahaara under the mentorship of Ms. Hayat Fatima, TGT Science. This is 2nd time in a row that team of BBPS has been selected in top 10 and got the grant. Ms. Neha Gupta, TGT Science, was nominated as the expert for the event. She received acknowledgment for her contribution in making the event a successful one. BBPS bags the ‘School of Innovation’ trophy for the second year in a row. Last but not the least, Principal, Mr. Vividh Gupta has been awarded as ‘The Principal of Innovation’ award for furthering the creative mindset amongst students and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. It is a matter of pride that he stands amongst the 4 principals across Delhi to have received this accolade. The ceremony was held at IIT Delhi on 19th November 2023. Memories of the event shall remain etched in our hearts forever. We congratulate the mentors and the school community for such remarkable recognition of the students exemplary work.

Bal Bhavan Shines at ‘Apna Chandrayaan Portal’ Launch

Students of Bal Bhavan Public School had the incredible opportunity to showcase their skills at the launch of the ‘Apna Chandrayaan Portal’ on October 17, graced by Sh. Dharmendra Pradhan (Minister of Education & Skill Development), Dr. S. Somnath (Chairman, ISRO), Sh. Sanjay Kumar (Secretary, Ministry of Education), and Prof. (Dr.) T.G. Sitaram (Chairman, AICTE).

Divik Goel and Aaryan Utkarsh proudly presented their indigenous innovation ‘NEERYAAN’, while Nikhil Choubey (Class X) captivated the audience with his creative poem on Chandrayaan.
