Admission XI

(A) Admission Notice

The School is currently inviting Online Applications for admission to Class XI for academic session 2025-26. Interested candidates may fill an online application form at school website www.bbpsmv.com latest by 15th March 2025.

(B) Admission Guidelines

  • The registration process is open for admission in class XI for the session 2025-26.
  • The child must be 15+ years as on 15th March 2025.
  • The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY.
  • Parents are required to fill the form online.
  • Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.
  • E-mail address and contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.
  • Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use.
  • The School reserves all the rights to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

Note:- **REGISTRATION FORMS ARE NOT TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL PHYSICALLY**

(C) Documents Required at the Time of Registration in Class XI (2025-26)

  • Self-Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
  • Self-Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-
    1. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child)
    2. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
    3. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
    4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
    5. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents. (Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)
  • Report Card of Class IX.
  • Class X Pre- board and final result
  • School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended. (May be Deposited after Selection)

Note - All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

(D) Eligibility Criteria for Class XI (2025-2026)

The School is currently inviting Online Applications for admission to Class XI for academic session 2024-25. Interested candidates may fill an online application form at school website www.bbpsmv.com latest by 30th March 2024.

  • The Candidate’s age must be 15+ as on 15th March 2025.
  • Must have qualified Class X from a Recognized school.
  • Provisional Admission will be granted strictly on Merit basis and Pre-Board Result.
  • Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Students must submit the self-attested copy of the online registration form along with all the necessary documents at school office.
  • Decision of the School Selection Committee will be final and binding Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Admission in class XI is based on CBSE board results as per merit for all streams.
  • In case two candidates have the same performance in CBSE board exam, preference would be given to candidates appearing from home school.
  • If any admission is withdrawal/ canceled after the CBSE result is declared, the fee of only 1st quarter (April to June) will be charged.
